Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. I’m sharing the recipe,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the cabbage and remove the leaves. The amount of flour may vary depending on the size of the egg. I use large premium-grade eggs. You can replace them with two first-grade eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Separate the cabbage into florets, cutting them off the core with a sharp knife.
- 3
Step 3

Boil in salted water for 5 minutes from the moment it starts boiling. Drain the water; you can transfer them to a colander so all the liquid drains off.
- 4
Step 4

Combine a raw egg with a pinch of salt and pepper, grated cheese, and flour. Do not add all the flour at once; add it one tablespoon at a time and watch the consistency. The batter should be thick enough so that it does not run off the cabbage.
- 5
Step 5

Dip the cabbage in batter on all sides.
- 6
Step 6

Take a deep frying pan or saucepan. Heat refined oil, and fry the battered cabbage until a beautiful golden crust appears.

Step 7

Place the cauliflower on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve the cauliflower hot or warm with your favorite sauces. Enjoy!
