
Cauliflower in Orange Sauce

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix coconut oil, Dijon mustard, and miso paste; add a pinch of salt and garlic powder.

Separate the cabbage into florets. Coat it with the resulting sauce. Bake the cabbage for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the batter, mix milk, flour, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter, then in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in deep fat until crispy. Then place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

For the orange sauce, squeeze juice from the oranges; you should get 1 cup. Then mix the orange juice, soy sauce, hot chili sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and ginger. Heat the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens.
