Description

This recipe won't take much time. You'll need cabbage, a little milk, cheese, salt, spices, and, of course, this simple recipe for cauliflower stewed in milk. No need to overcomplicate things or spend hours at the stove—just half an hour, and you'll have a light lunch or dinner ready. As they say, all genius is simple. This recipe for cauliflower stewed in milk has saved me more than once when I needed to quickly whip up something tasty, so I'd just grab a bag of frozen cauliflower, and everything else is usually on hand in the fridge. Voilà—everyone is fed, happy, and satisfied. My husband especially loves this dish, although he, of course, adds a large piece of meat to it. So if you have 20 free minutes, be sure to try making this tender cauliflower—the taste will pleasantly surprise you. Serve hot.
