Braised cauliflower with meat
Description
I'm offering you a rather unusual recipe for cauliflower stewed with meat. This is a European cuisine dish—very refined and incredibly delicious, I assure you. Be sure to try preparing cauliflower stewed with meat using this recipe, and you'll appreciate this dish for its true worth. It turns out tender and creamy thanks to the puree. I particularly enjoyed serving this dish with sour cream, though that's a matter of personal preference.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the beef into pieces and simmer together with mushrooms, also sliced into pieces, and chopped onion for 30 minutes over low heat.

Step 2

Wash the cauliflower and break it into florets. Add half of the florets to the pot with the meat. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and continue simmering until the meat and vegetables are cooked. Meanwhile, mix the starch with a small amount of cold water, stir until no lumps remain, and pour it into the pot, stirring constantly, until a smooth thickened mixture forms.

Step 3

Boil the second half of the cauliflower florets for 20 minutes until tender.

Step 4

Then, using a blender, grind the cauliflower into a puree. Add this puree to the meat with vegetables. Add bay leaf and butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Ready!
