
Baked cauliflower with cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this recipe, you can use cauliflower, previously boiled. But if you don't have fresh cauliflower, a good alternative is to use frozen cauliflower—just slightly thaw it and start cooking. That way, the cauliflower will be crisp and very fresh. Read here. If you are using fresh cabbage, you need to boil it. If you are using frozen cabbage, set it aside to thaw.

Pat the thawed cabbage dry with a paper towel. Take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Evenly spread the cabbage in it.

In a separate container, mix the spices, egg, salt, and, of course, sour cream. Whisk until smooth and uniform.

Pour this mixture over the cabbage and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
