Cauliflower with eggplants and sausages

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Eggplants need to be peeled and cut into small cubes. Then place them in a large bowl, add salt, and leave aside for a while. Meanwhile, separate the cabbage into smaller florets and boil. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a medium grater. Peel the sausages and slice them into rounds. Next, sauté the onion and carrot, then add the eggplants and cook together for about 7 minutes, after which add the sausages and cabbage. Simmer everything together for another 5 minutes. Serve the finished dish hot.
