Description

1. First, take about 40 ml of water and mix it thoroughly with the dried egg white. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then start whisking, adding lemon juice and powdered sugar.

2. And if the mixture is not quite fluffy yet, we add a little more water and continue beating.

3. Now separate part of the mixture and dissolve the dye in it.
