Zucchini in breadcrumbs with cheese

Description

Preheat the oven to 230°C. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the zucchini, yellow squash, onion, and garlic sliced into rounds. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 4 to 6 minutes. Add the cream and simmer until it thickens, about 5 minutes. In a cup, mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Grease with the zucchini and squash mixture, season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown, 8–10 minutes. Serve the appetizer.
