Zucchini in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. To prepare this simple dish, I use a pack of frozen vegetables. Of course, you can use fresh ones as well—just wash, peel, and cut them into small cubes. The result is a kind of tender, creamy vegetable casserole. It's quite filling, and note—completely meatless! Preparation will take you a little over an hour. Serve hot.
