Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Tsuivan is homemade noodles stir-fried with meat and vegetables. You can make a vegetarian version using only vegetables. The noodles must be made from scratch, although there is nothing complicated about it. Serve the dish immediately after cooking. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Mix the flour with 2/3 cup of water, knead the dough, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside while preparing the remaining ingredients.

2. Wash the vegetables and cut the cabbage, carrots, and green pepper into thin strips.

3. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings, chop the garlic cloves.

4. Wash the lamb, trim off the fat, and cut both the fat and meat into thin strips.

5. Heat a wok with a small amount of vegetable oil, add the onion, then a couple of minutes later add the meat, season with salt and pepper, pour in the soy sauce and a little vinegar.
