
Chicken chykhirtma
Description
Chykhirtma is an incredibly tender, aromatic, and juicy dish. The sauce made from onions and tomatoes turns out to be very harmonious. Adding eggs makes chykhirtma even more delicious. With the most common and inexpensive ingredients, you'll end up with a festive dish.

Wash any meaty parts of chicken and place them in a pot.

Pour water over the chicken. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam.
