Chilean-style seafood chupe

Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's a very tasty and filling dish, resembling a julienne in flavor and consistency. In Chile, chupe is eaten as a hot appetizer or as a main course. Serve hot.

    Soak the white bread in milk.

    Sauté the chopped onion slightly in butter, then add the chopped garlic.

    Add seafood. Cut the fish and crab meat into pieces; if the shrimp and mussels are not large, you can add them whole.

    Sauté for 2 minutes, then add the soaked bread and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add grated Roquefort and Gouda. Mix well and remove from heat.
