Homemade pastries for tea. It's quite easy to make chuкур at home. The main ingredients are simple and accessible: chicken fillet, millet, and rye flour. In just one and a half to two hours, delicious and filling buns will appear in your kitchen, perfect for entertaining guests, a snack at work, or enjoying outdoors.

    1. First, melt the butter in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and let the butter cool slightly. Then add the egg and mix everything thoroughly.
