
Chudu with zucchini and spinach

Prepare all ingredients.

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Mix the water with the salt, pour into the bowl.

Knead the dough until smooth and uniform. Shape it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and rest for 15–20 minutes.

For the filling, grate the zucchini on a fine grater, add a little salt, and let stand for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess liquid thoroughly.

Coarsely chop the spinach and stew it in a frying pan.

Combine the zucchini and spinach, add the minced garlic and the remaining herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin flatbread. Spread the filling on one half.

Cover with the second piece and pinch the edges closed.
