
Chudu with wild garlic
Description
The recipe won’t take long. Flatbreads are a simple, popular dish that many home cooks make. People love them for how easy and quick they are to make, and for the short list of ingredients. The flatbreads turn out quite filling; they’re cooked in a dry skillet, then brushed with butter while still hot. Serve them warm with yogurt or sour cream. It’s very tasty. The baking is done. Bring them to the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Bring water to a boil, pour it into a cup, add vegetable oil, and stir.

Sift 300 grams of flour into a bowl (reserving 30 grams for dusting), add salt.

Pour boiling water with oil into the flour and mix the dough vigorously with a spoon so the flour scalds. Leave for about 5 minutes so the dough cools slightly.

Then knead a soft, elastic dough.
