Miracle whey pancakes
Description
Whey left over after you make cottage cheese or cheese works well for these crepes. To make them even more delicate, brush each crepe while it’s hot with butter, stack them up, and cover with a dome or a deep plate. These crepes are best with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam. Serve warm or chilled—they’re ideal with tea.
