5-Minute Cheesecake
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can optionally add any jam, syrup, jelly, whipped cream, or salted caramel on top of the cottage cheese layer. Decorate the quick cheesecake together with children or your significant other. The dessert can be enjoyed immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. Serve the ready dessert at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose fatty, moist cottage cheese so that the cottage cheese layer melts in your mouth when tasted.
- 2
Step 2

Place fatty and moist cottage cheese into a bowl or ramekin. Add granulated sugar and sour cream, thoroughly mix with a whisk or puree with an immersion blender. Instead of granulated sugar, you can use powdered sugar, and instead of sour cream, use heavy cream.

Step 3

Crush the cookies into crumbs. If they are not shortbread but sponge or flaky, add a little syrup or melted butter to make the cheesecake base softer.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the cookie crumbs into cups, glasses, or ramekins and tap the container on the table a couple of times to settle the crumbs.
- 5
Step 5

Place the cottage cheese layer as carefully as possible to create even edges.
- 6
Step 6

Top with jam or fruit preserve (I used raspberry). If desired, you can first place the jam on the crumb base and then add the cottage cheese layer on top. Shape the cheesecake according to your preference. Place the containers in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight. This way, the biscuit layer will absorb moisture from the cheese mixture and become soft. However, you can also taste the dessert right away.

Step 7

Serve the cheesecake in 5 minutes with various drinks: tea, coffee, latte, lemonade, etc. Enjoy your meal!
