1. The recipe for making a cottage cheese cheesecake in a multicooker traditionally starts with the crust. To do this, crush the cookies into crumbs using a blender or a kitchen mallet. Mix the crumbs with softened butter.

2. Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with an even layer, pressing the edges and bottom firmly with your hands or a spoon.

3. In a separate container, combine cottage cheese strained through a sieve, sour cream, vanilla, starch, and part of the sugar. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and add the yolks to the cottage cheese mixture.

4. Using a blender, process until smooth. The mixture will turn out slightly runny.

5. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Then gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture.

6. Spread the prepared mixture over the crust. Set to Baking mode and cook for 80 minutes. After the program ends, leave the cheesecake in the multicooker for another 1.5–2 hours.
