Cheesecake

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The "Tiramisu" cheesecake is made following the principle of the "Tiramisu" dessert. If you've previously made tiramisu, preparing this cheesecake will be easy—just follow the instructions. It's very important to use mascarpone and cream cheese (smooth, lump-free cottage cheese-based cheese) when making the "Tiramisu" cheesecake. If children will be eating the cheesecake, you can skip the brandy in the soaking syrup and use only espresso. The ready dessert can now be served.
