Cheesecake with cottage cheese and condensed milk
Description
If you're just getting acquainted with this amazing dessert, I recommend starting with something simple—specifically, condensed milk cheesecake baked in the oven. For the crust, I use cookies. You can make the dough from scratch, but that's better suited for more advanced bakers. Beginners or lazy ones, I suggest taking a shortcut. The result is a very delicious dessert. Serve it warm or chilled. It's perfect with tea.
