Strawberry cheesecake in a multicooker

300 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I've made cheesecake in the oven several times, so I decided to try it in a multicooker. It turned out to be much easier! For making strawberry cheesecake in a multicooker, you can use either fresh or frozen berries. I also decided to experiment by combining tiramisu and cheesecake—hence using mascarpone and cookies instead of cottage cheese. See the recipe with photos below. Serve with tea or coffee.
