Crush the cookies and add the egg. Mix everything well.

Place the resulting dough, which will serve as the base for our cheesecake, into a baking pan previously lined with parchment paper.

Chop the pecans.

Mix white sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream cheese. Add the egg and mix again.

Then add the chopped pecans and flour. Mix well. Pour the resulting batter onto the cheesecake base. Bake the nutty cheesecake for 45 minutes.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the brown sugar, and mix in the butter. Melt everything together and stir until you get a brown cream.
