Take shortbread cookies and break them into pieces. Place the cookie pieces into a blender and process until they turn into fine, crumbly crumbs.

Melt the butter in a double boiler and pour it into the shortbread crumbs. Knead the dough, place it in a baking pan, and spread it to form a crust with edges. Bake the crust in an oven preheated to 180°C for fifteen minutes.

While the cake base is baking in the oven, start preparing the filling for your cheesecake. Place the cheese in a bowl and beat it with a mixer.

In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the filling. Thoroughly combine the flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add these ingredients to the cheese, continuing to beat constantly.
