Cheesecake made from farmer's cheese

We'll crush the shortbread cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.

Line the bottom of the baking pan with parchment paper, firmly press the cookie mixture to form the cheesecake base. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, and eggs. Do not overmix—cracks will form on the surface of the cheesecake during baking.
