
No-bake ricotta cheesecake

This cheesecake doesn't take long to make and, with a little practice, can be prepared quite quickly. The most important step is to let it set thoroughly in the refrigerator, which usually takes 3–4 hours. Have a wonderful day! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter, then press firmly into the cheesecake pan. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.

Whip the cream with ricotta, sour cream, sugar, and lime juice. Add gelatin (previously soaked in cold water and then heated in a water bath), as well as blueberry jam. Mix everything together.

Fill the mold with the filling on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.

When serving, place a little blueberry jam on top.
