No-bake cheesecake with jelly
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Here is a classic recipe for a no-bake cheesecake with jelly. The cheesecake base is made from butter and nuts (I used hazelnuts). All the steps involving gelatin are described in detail below. One last note: feel free to decorate the cheesecake with something else if you like, for example, fruits. Happy cooking! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Chop the nuts using a blender.
- 2
Step 2

Mix walnuts, sugar, sifted flour, and melted butter to form a dough.
- 3
Step 3

Place the dough in a mold and press it down firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 4
Step 4

For the soufflé, soak 2 packets of gelatin in 6 tablespoons of water; for the jelly, soak 1 packet of gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water.
- 5
Step 5

Bring the orange juice with sugar to a boil, then add the gelatin. Mix well and remove from heat.
- 6
Step 6

Prepare the soufflé. To do this, mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar, then add the cream and orange juice.
- 7
Step 7

On low heat, warm 2 packets of gelatin, then pour it into the mousse and whisk thoroughly. Pour half of the mousse into a mold and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set. Keep the remaining mousse in a container with warm water.
- 8
Step 8

Now add a layer of orange jelly, then place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the remaining soufflé on top. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 3 hours.
- 10
Step 10

Remove the cheesecake from the mold and serve.
