No-bake cheesecake
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Here is a classic recipe for a no-bake "New York" cheesecake. The base is made from cookies and melted butter. The remaining ingredients are used to create a delicate cheese mousse, which is poured over the base. The cheesecake sets in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
