No-bake cheesecake made with cookies

The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple no-bake cheesecake recipe made with cookies. This cheesecake is based on everyone's favorite "Oreo" cookies. Of course, you can use any similar cookies, but I particularly like it with these—just give it a try. Have a wonderful day! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter.

Press the cookies firmly into the pan in an even layer.

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.

Soak the gelatin in water, then dissolve it over a water bath.

Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Then add the white chocolate and mix again.

Pour in the gelatin, add vanilla, and mix until smooth.

In another container, whip the cream, then combine it with the cream.

Place a layer of cream in the pan, then place cookies on top (as shown in the photo). Repeat to create several layers.
