1. Cut the bacon slices into thin strips and fry in a large sauté pan over low heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

2. Place the ground beef in a flat dish, drizzle with steak seasoning, and add the beaten egg.

3. Knead the mixture by hand. With a knife, divide the meat into 6 portions. Shape a patty from each portion by hand. Make an indentation in the center of each patty with your finger. Season both sides with steak seasoning. Brush the resulting patties with softened butter.

4. When the bacon is ready, place it on paper towels to drain the fat, leaving a little fat in the pan. Heat the pan over high heat.
