Prepare the ingredients: raw beets, salt, and vegetable oil. Let's get started!

Wash the beets, peel them, and cut into thin slices of equal thickness.

Season with salt, add vegetable oil, and mix gently.

Line a baking sheet (I use two large ones) with parchment paper and place the beets on top. Put in the oven at 160°C on convection and dry for 30–40 minutes, turning every 10–15 minutes.

Beet chips are ready!

Remove from the baking sheet and store in a tightly sealed container; otherwise the chips may become soggy if humidity is high in your home.
