Radish Chips

Description

This recipe won't take much time. The radish chip recipe came about unexpectedly, from one of my kitchen experiments. I simply had a huge amount of radishes at home (it was May, after all), and aside from the usual salad I wasn't sure what to do with them. I tried making radish chips. You know, they turned out quite original! :) Of course, I wouldn't call these chips a delicacy, but they're worth making for variety and interest. They disappeared in an instant at our place—good thing I managed to snap a photo first :) So, serve the appetizer at the table.
