
Mashed Potato Chips
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Homemade chips are a great alternative to store-bought snacks. They're much healthier, and you can be sure of their quality. Even though they're made from puree, the chips turn out crispy and aromatic. Get out your electric waffle iron and start making these delicious snacks. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and boil until tender. Drain all the water, add butter, eggs, and milk, and mash everything into a puree. Add flour until the mixture reaches the consistency of thick homemade sour cream, salt and add seasonings to taste, and mix everything thoroughly so there are no lumps.

2. Turn on the electric waffle maker, preheat it, and brush on a little vegetable oil.

3. For thin chips, a tablespoon of mashed potatoes in the center is enough.

4. Watch carefully so the chips don’t burn. Drain the finished shells on paper towels to remove excess fat.

5. Sprinkle the top with coarse salt or seasonings. Can be served on its own or with sauce.
