Chilean fish meatballs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chilean cuisine is famous for its variety of seafood. Fish balls, known as Bolitas de pescado, are extremely popular. You can use hake, flounder, cod, or tuna to make them. The balls are prepared with cheese—either hard cheese, soft creamy cheese, or a combination of both. Fish balls are usually served with various sauces, broth, salads, or potatoes. They can be cooked in a deep fryer or in the oven. The result is very tasty, aromatic, and nutritious. In flavor, they are similar to our fish cutlets, so I highly recommend this dish to all cutlet lovers. Serve hot.
