Chili Con Carne
Description
Chili is most often served without a side dish, accompanied by soft corn tortillas or tortillas. It is customary to serve sour cream with chili to mellow the spiciness, grated sharp cheese for added flavor, lime wedges for extra tanginess, avocado for a rich depth, and plenty of fresh herbs.
