Description

The baking is simple and quick. When traveling to different countries, it's always worth bringing back not only vivid memories but also great recipes that will remind you of your adventures. In Italy, for example, there are many delicious dishes worth trying, and when it comes to baked goods, you can't miss ciabatta. Usually it's baked in an oven or wood-fired stove, but since we're practical people, I'll now show you how to make ciabatta in a multicooker. This method has its pros and cons: it's very convenient to prepare bread this way, and the appliance handles the task perfectly, but unfortunately, you won't achieve the characteristic brown, crispy crust. However, this doesn't affect the taste at all—thanks to this simple recipe, your multicooker ciabatta turns out light and airy. Serve it warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

Sprinkle the work surface generously with flour and place the dough on it. Fold in the edges and shape into a loaf. Dust the top of the bread with flour and carefully transfer it into the multicooker bowl. Let the future ciabatta rise for about 40 minutes. Then close the lid, select the "Baking" or "Casserole" mode, and cook for 40 minutes. At the end of the cycle, turn the ciabatta over and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
