Ciabatta (Italian bread)
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Ciabatta is made correctly if you see large holes inside, like in good Swiss cheese. Ciabatta is often sold in bakeries and eaten on the go. This bread can be prepared with the addition of olives, herbs (fresh or dried), and sun-dried tomatoes.
