Four-Layer Pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If pizza bases aren't available where you shop, you can replace them with fluffy lavash, tortilla wraps, or a large pita. The topping can be whatever you like best. Experiment—it's very tasty and unusual, and even a schoolchild can handle this pizza.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Buy sponge-style cake layers baked from rich risen dough.
- 2
Step 2

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced mushrooms in it until golden brown.
- 3
Step 3

Cut each pizza base lengthwise with a long knife into two equal-thickness halves. Lightly spread one half with your favorite tomato sauce, then generously sprinkle with grated mozzarella and sliced crab sticks.
- 4
Step 4

Place the next half of the crust, spread with sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella and most of the cooled mushrooms.
- 5
Step 5

Place the second half of the crust spread with sauce again, sprinkle it with mozzarella, and top with slices of salami.
- 6
Step 6

Brush the sauce over the remaining half of the pizza crust again, sprinkle with mozzarella, arrange the rest of the salami, sautéed mushroom slices, and pieces of crab sticks, then top everything with capers or olives. Bake the assembled pizza in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes without convection, until the cheese has melted and all the ingredients are heated through.

Step 7

Cut the finished four-layer pizza into serving-sized pieces and call your family to the table right away. Unusual and very tasty!
