
Garlic ketchup
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. The most important thing for a successful ketchup is choosing the right tomatoes. Try to select firm, sweet, aromatic, and fragrant tomatoes to make your ketchup delicious. In winter, serve the ketchup with meat and poultry dishes, or use it for pizza, hot dogs, etc. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with meals.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them into wedges and remove the stem attachment area.

Transfer the tomatoes to the blender container in portions. Peel the garlic and add it to the tomatoes.

Pulse the tomatoes and garlic at high speed.

Pour the tomato mixture into a saucepan, add the oil.

Add salt and sugar. Place the container over heat and simmer the ketchup for 50 minutes over low heat. If desired, blend the mixture again with a blender for a smoother and more uniform consistency.

Immediately pour the ketchup into a sterile jar.

Seal the jar with a sterile lid, turn the jar upside down and wrap it in a blanket. After 24 hours, transfer the ketchup to a pantry or any cool place.
