
Garlic chutney
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. This spicy and aromatic chutney, with garlic as its main ingredient, will become a frequent guest at your table once you've tried it. This hot and flavorful sauce, made by you, will turn even plain fried chicken or a piece of boiled beef into a masterpiece. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

1. First, grate the coconut on a fine grater. If you can't get dried coconut, use ready-made coconut flakes – you'll need 1 packet.

2. Peel the garlic thoroughly and mix it with the prepared coconut flakes.

3. Lightly toast the coriander seeds in a dry heated skillet and add them to the coconut flakes as well.

4. Add ground red pepper and salt to taste to the mixture.

5. Grind the resulting mixture using a blender with cutting blades or a food processor. Do not overmix— the final product should be slightly uneven. Pour it into a sterile jar and store in the refrigerator, using as needed.
