Garlic butter
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Making garlic butter is quite simple: just add chopped herbs and garlic to softened butter, puree everything with a blender, and voila—fragrant butter is ready! By the way, you can also add other spices and even vegetables to aromatic garlic butter! For example, finely chopped sweet red bell pepper and Dijon mustard work very well here.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time so it has time to soften; do not melt the butter under any circumstances.
- 2
Step 2

Work the butter well with a fork.
- 3
Step 3

Finely chop the parsley sprigs; you can also use dill or cilantro. Add the herbs to the butter and press in a couple of garlic cloves. Season with salt to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the mixture thoroughly.
- 5
Step 5

To make the garlic butter even smoother, puree it with an immersion blender.
- 6
Step 6

Look how beautiful it turned out—the greens are better distributed in the oil, and the mixture looks very appetizing.
- 7
Step 7

Transfer the garlic butter onto plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Refrigerate.
- 8
Step 8

It can be eaten as soon as the oil has set. But it tastes better after 2–3 hours, when it has fully absorbed the garlic and herbs.
