1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees in advance. Finely chop the garlic. Mince the white and light green parts of the onion. Mix the three types of cheese with mayonnaise and green onion. Add a pinch of salt to taste. The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator until use.

2. Cut the crispy French bread in half, then cut each half in half again. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet and add 1/4 of the minced garlic.

3. Place a quarter of the bread in the skillet and let it absorb the oil and garlic aroma. Toast the bread until golden. Repeat with the remaining oil, garlic, and bread.

4. Spread the cheese mixture on warm bread and bake in the oven at 230 degrees until the cheese melts and starts to bubble, about 10 minutes. Remove the finished bread from the oven, slice it, let it cool slightly, and serve immediately.
