Garlic-soy sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. This delicious and aromatic sauce goes well with any dish, whether it's meat or porridge, salad or boiled vegetables. And it takes an incredibly short time to make—just 5 minutes. In this recipe, I'll show you how. Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
Instructions

Step 1

Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife. You can also mince it using a garlic press, but I prefer the chopped version. Try both methods and over time you'll figure out which one you like best.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the minced garlic with salt, pepper, and spices.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil over the garlic. You can use any kind: olive, sunflower, soybean. The choice is yours.

Step 4

Now add the soy sauce. Mix well. The sauce will separate into layers after standing for a while (the oil will always rise to the top). Therefore, stir it again before using.
