Garlic pizza
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The garlic pizza recipe starts with preparing the sauce: 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place garlic heads on a foil-lined baking sheet, having previously cut off their tops (to make it easier to squeeze out the roasted cloves later). Sprinkle the garlic with olive oil and rub it in. Wrap each head tightly in foil, separately. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. If you want to add cauliflower, blanch the florets for 5 minutes beforehand to soften them. 2. Mix almond milk with apple cider vinegar. By the way, almond milk is very healthy, especially for women! Making it at home is very simple. Soak a cup of almonds overnight. In the morning, pour boiling water over them and remove the skins (if any). Blend the nuts with two cups of water, a pinch of sugar, and vanilla. Strain and squeeze out the pulp. It's worth it, believe me! 3. Squeeze the cooled roasted garlic into a food processor or a bowl suitable for blending sauce ingredients with a blender. Add all the remaining sauce ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add one tablespoon of miso paste. Blend until smooth. The garlic sauce is ready! 4. Now let's prepare the pizza. Roll out the dough. If using spinach, steam it for several minutes beforehand over a water bath. Spread it over the base. You can also add cheese. I use mozzarella—simply tear it and place it on the base. 5. Spread the garlic sauce on top and bake in the oven for about 10–12 minutes. 6. Enjoy the amazing taste of garlic pizza! Have a wonderful meal!
