Garlic spread for sandwiches
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Garlic scapes are fairly firm and meaty, with a less intense aroma and a more delicate sharpness. That makes this paste easy to spread on sandwiches and serve with sweet tea or coffee. If you find butter too rich, replace it with soft cream cheese. Serve with herbs and sauce.
