Description
Homemade dessert for tea. From the name, it's clear that this cake is based on chocolate layers. You can make one layer and cut it in half, or prepare several layers. Add a fruit filling, such as cherry or raspberry jam. You can make a creamy filling or use condensed milk. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Put the chicken egg into a bowl or blender container and beat it with granulated sugar until a fluffy foam forms.

Pour the kefir in a thin stream and add the baking soda, then mix. Sift the flour and add it to the bowl, add the cocoa and whisk until smooth.

Line the baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a wooden skewer (it should come out dry).

Meanwhile, prepare the cream: beat the softened butter with granulated sugar, then gradually add sour cream one tablespoon at a time. Place the cream in the refrigerator.

Cut the cake into 2 parts, generously spread the bottom part with cream, and place the second part on top. Spread the top of the cake with cream and decorate with crumbs. Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for several hours, then serve.
