Black bread in the oven

    Prepare the ingredients. Let's get started!

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

    In a bowl, combine the flour with salt, add rye flour, oat flakes, and malt, then mix well.

    Pour in the water with yeast and vegetable oil. Knead into a dough ball.

    Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer for at least 5–7 minutes, until it reaches a soft, smooth consistency. Place the dough into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

    By this time, the dough will have risen well, increasing in size two to three times.

    Remove the dough from the bowl, knead it on the table for a couple of minutes to release the air. My bread pans have lost their non-stick properties, so I line them with silicone parchment paper. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it into the pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Place the bread on the middle rack. Bake for 45 minutes.

    The bread is ready! Remove it from the pan after about 5 minutes.
