Beat the eggs, add milk, salt and sugar. Stir everything until smooth. The milk should be at room temperature.

Add vegetable oil and sifted flour, mix everything again. I use a mixer, it's faster and more convenient.

When everything is mixed and there isn’t a single lump left, pour a glass of boiling water into the dough and whisk quickly. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, or even an hour.

When the dough has rested a bit, add cuttlefish ink to it and mix well. If the dough’s color isn’t black enough, add a little more.

The batter is ready, you can start cooking the pancakes. Pour a little batter onto the pan and spread it over the entire surface. Cook each side for 2 minutes.

Place a small piece of butter and caviar on each pancake. Wrap it nicely. It can be served at the table.
