Prunes in chocolate with cognac

120 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For the chocolate, it's better to use dark cocoa powder. Cocoa butter gives the candies a special flavor and enriches their aroma. Prunes become soft, delicious, and very aromatic after being soaked in cognac. The alcohol is not strong, rather its subtle notes are perceived. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
