Blueberry pudding
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The blueberry pudding is made in two stages. First, bake the base. Dissolve the gelatin in water and add the remaining sugar. Pour out 3 tablespoons of the solution into a separate container and mix it with a spoonful of sour cream. Add the berries to the rest of the solution. Pour the gelatin with berries into the mold with the pudding. Carefully pour the gelatin with sour cream on top and gently swirl with a toothpick to create attractive patterns. Refrigerate for 3 hours until the jelly is completely set. Serve the finished dessert.
