Blueberry pie (very delicious)
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. During blueberry season, it would be a real missed opportunity not to make something with them. I have plenty of options: jelly, cheesecake, pastries, pies, cakes, ice cream, and more. I could go on and on about this topic. Some people enjoy spending time in the kitchen, but today I'm feeling lazy, so this recipe saves me. Serve it with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. For the dough: sift flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar into a food processor, add cold butter, and rub into crumbs.

Step 2

2. Add the chicken egg and sour cream to the crumbs, knead the dough, but not for too long, otherwise the butter may melt.

Step 4

4. Place the dough into the baking pan and shape the edges. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

6. Wash the blueberries and dry them with paper towels, then add the remaining starch and mix. This will prevent the juice from the berries from releasing as much.

Step 9

9. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let the baked pie cool completely, then enjoy its unique flavor.
